6.1. In accordance with the provisions of the Bologna declaration on the organization of education with a credit system, the academic mobility of students is ensured by earning credits in separate subjects in other higher education institutions and ANAS, as well as in foreign higher education institutions. Student earning credits in other higher educational institutions is carried out with the consent of the higher educational institution and ANAS. At this time, the terms of payment of the tuition fee are agreed between the student and the sending and receiving higher education institutions and ANAS. Earned credits must be recognized by the student's higher education institution and ANAS. The number of credits to be earned in other higher education institutions and ANAS should not exceed 30 percent of the credits provided for the specialty (specialization). The form and examples for ensuring the student's academic mobility should be the following documents determined by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan: academic transcript;
6.2.2. the student's application form (filled in the language to be studied);
6.2.3. educational consent;
6.2.4. data package.
6.3. The mobility of the professor-teaching staff (giving lectures, holding seminars, practical exercises, laboratory work) between higher education institutions is carried out on the basis of a special agreement.
