The University Youth Organization, founded in May 1998, operates at Nakhchivan State University.
The main goal of the organization is to represent and defend the interests of students in the direction of the implementation of the state youth policy, and to contribute to their extracurricular development by increasing their social activity
The organization promotes itself as well as its defined as the main value principles of every student club united under it.
● Loyalty: The organization prioritizes the protection of the rights and interests of students above all else.
● Transparency: The organization implements the management process in a transparent and open manner to the community, thereby transparently presenting to the community that the rights and interests of students are protected by the organization.
● Professionalism: The organization continues its activity on the basis of constantly improved knowledge and skills.
● Cooperation: The organization cooperates with local and international partners, local and foreign related institutions to perform more effectively and efficiently.
● Innovation: The organization works to create change and innovation constantly.
● Creativity: The organization always takes a creative approach in its activities.
● Result orientation: The organization constantly evaluates its activities and, on the basis of this, they make decisions that direct resources to the most efficient directions.
The main directions of the organization's activities are as follows:
· Work in the direction of solving the social problems of students conducting;
· Implementation of educational events among young people;
· Effective organization of their free time;
· Organizing the participation of talented and creative young people in competitions, Olympiads, exhibitions, festivals held inside and outside the republic;
· Competitions with the participation of students organizing seminars, festivals, forums, meetings, exhibitions, round tables, scientific conferences, training courses, mass publicity companies, discussion clubs, debates, symposiums, meetings with prominent personalities, etc.

Nakhchivan State University Student Youth Organization won the title of "the best Student Youth Organization of the Autonomous Republic" in 2018, 2019 and 2021.
2022 and In 2023, the Nakhchivan State University Student Youth Organization was awarded the "Student Youth Organization of the Year" nomination by the Union of Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations (ATGTI). "Youth Organization" was selected.
As of December 2020, the chairman of the Nakhchivan State University Student Youth Organization is Gasimov Aziz Kamal.
