By the order of the High Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 26, 2023, the Dissertation Council BFD 2.39/1 One-time Dissertation Council was established within the FD 2.39 Dissertation Council. Dissertation defenses are held at the Dissertation Council on the specialty 5704.01- Linguistic theory.
3. According to the Order of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 22, 2023, a One-time Dissertation Council was established for two specialties. BFD 2.24 One-time dissertation council organizes defenses for the following specialties:

- 5311.01- Organization and management of enterprises
