Rights and duties of students

The student must familiarize himself with these "Rules" and strictly follow them when designing his individual study plan.

4.1. When drawing up his individual study plan, the student must familiarize himself with these Rules and strictly follow the requirements here.

4.2. During education, the student is obliged to master the taught subjects by strictly following the individual study plan.

4.2-1. The student has the right to choose a teacher in accordance with subsection 3.2.17 of these Rules. A student is not excluded from the list of students if he/she is unable to collect the required credits within the period determined by the educational program for the specialty (specialization) (with the exception of specially designated higher education institutions). That student can continue his education only on a paid basis, being kept in the quota. In this case, the amount of the student's payment is determined by dividing the annual tuition fees for the specialty (specialization) by 60 and multiplying the result obtained by the credits of the subjects taken by him.

4.4. In accordance with the requirements of clause 6.1 of these Regulations, the student can earn credits in other higher education institutions and ANAS in relevant subjects. ">4.5. A student can obtain his academic transcript from a higher education institution and ANAS at any time during his studies. A student admitted to a higher education institution on a full-time basis on a paid basis is given the right to study on a full-time or part-time basis. In this case, the annual tuition fee of a full-time student during the normative education period is determined for the academic year, and for a part-time student, it is determined according to the credits of the subjects taken according to the individual study schedule in accordance with the requirements of clause 4.3 of these Regulations. name="_ednref32">[32]
