Activity Directions of the Chair.

Implementation of NDU's strategic development plan;

Achieving the goals and objectives specified in NDU's strategic development plan;

To organize coordination between the faculties, departments and structural units of the university on the implementation of the strategic development plan (SDP); style="text-align: justify">To control the organization of teaching, the quality of curriculum documents and methodical materials;

To organize coordination between existing commissions, management and interested parties in matters related to Quality Assurance;

Represent the University at various level events related to the activities of the chair to;

Be represented in the commissions and working groups created at the university and participate in their work;

Active in other areas determined by the legislation.

Organization of the chair's activities.

The structure of the chair and the number of staff units are approved by the rector of the University.

The department is headed by the head of the chair appointed by the order of the rector of the University.

He distributes work among subordinate employees, coordinates their activities, monitors compliance with labor and performance discipline;

Supervises the timely and quality implementation of the measures provided for in the work plan drawn up in order to ensure the performance of the duties assigned to the chair;

Identifies the issues to be discussed in the Scientific Council of the University for the chair and submits its proposals to the University management;

About the employees of the chair makes recommendations to the University management for incentive and disciplinary actions;
