5.1. Academic advisors (tutors) service is organized in higher education institutions and ANAS in order to promote the Bologna process, organize teaching with the credit system, apply the ECTS system and provide assistance to students.
5.2. Tutors are selected from among highly educated persons with certain experience and competence in this field. The tutor is appointed to this position by order of the rector.
5.4. Tutors:
5.4.1. protect students' rights and academic interests;
5.4.2. provide students with all the necessary information and documents related to the organization of the educational process;
5.4.3. they give advice to students for drawing up individual study plans;
5.4.4. during the period specified in subsection 3.3.1 of these Regulations, organizes the acceptance of individual study plans of students and participates in the preparation of annual work study plans for specialties (specializations);
5.4.5. they help students to make changes in their individual study plans;
5.4.6. they participate in the organization of the summer semester.
