Biotechnologies Center of Nakhchivan State University operates for the purpose of conducting scientific researches in the field of biotechnology and increasing students' practical knowledge. In the center, especially in the direction of plant biotechnology, in vitro tissue culture technologies are used for growing and rapid reproduction of plants in laboratory conditions.
