About personnel training in business organization and management (MBA) specialty

Nakhchivan State University is a higher education institution that carries out personnel training in more than 250 programs at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels of higher education. About 400 graduate students are studying at the university in 75 master's programs at the master's level. These specializations include the "Finance" and "Healthcare Management" specializations of the Business Organization and Management (MBA) specialization, in addition to the standard master's programs. The main advantage of this major is that when choosing a major for the university, bachelors can study in various specializations in this major by choosing the MBA major regardless of their major. On the other hand, graduates of these specializations have the opportunity to establish and develop their own business with the skills they have acquired, and to work in various public and private organizations.

Graduates of the "Health Care Management" MBA specialization can work in various positions according to the rights granted by the Education program: Hospital administrator; Head of coordination of medical services; Expert in health insurance company; Electronic Health Records (EHR) Project Leader; Expert on digital health platforms; Head of operations in the field of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology; Healthcare management analyst; Health systems optimization consultant; Project leader/expert in international health organizations (WHO, UNICEF, GAVI); Head of digital transformation projects in healthcare; Teacher in business schools by specialty/specialization, etc.

Graduates of "Finance" (MBA) specialization: Finance Director; Corporate finance analyst; Financial advisor; Budget planning consultant; Head of finance at startups; Teacher in the specialty/specialization in business schools, etc.

As it can be seen, MBA specializations create quite different job opportunities for their graduates.

Highly qualified staff training is carried out on the basis of 2-year dissertation and 1.5-year non-dissertation curricula for MBA specializations. Unlike graduates who complete 1.5-year non-dissertation specializations, graduates who complete 2-year dissertation specializations have the opportunity to continue their studies, engage in scientific research and lifelong learning in the next level of education in the field of economics, the doctorate.
