Chair of organization and analysis of scientific activity

The chair of organization and analysis of scientific activity was established based on the protocol No. 02 of the meeting of the Scientific Council of Nakhchivan State University dated September 22, 2023 and the order No. 2153 of the rector of Nakhchivan State University dated September 30, 2023. The department prepares, directs, and ensures accountability of the Scientific Research Works performed at the university, prepares, organizes, and publishes the materials of various types of scientific events, international and republican level conferences, symposiums, and congresses. Also, the Chair of Organization and Analysis of Scientific Activities supervises the publication of the "Scientific Works" magazine of the University, and is directly responsible for the implementation of stimulating measures and projects in the scientific field. The department, which plays a role in personnel training at the university, ensures the conduct of dissertation discussions, which are the results of conducted research, as well as organizes and regulates the activities of permanent and one-time dissertation councils, scientific seminar councils within the councils operating in the university.

The activities of the chair are as follows:

-Preparation of scientific research works, ensuring accountability;

-Organize scientific events held at the university, international and national level conferences in accordance with the activity plan, ensure the publication of their materials;

- To ensure continuity of publication of "Scientific works" magazine;

-To ensure and organize the activities of dissertation councils operating in the university.
