To raise the level of psychological and social adaptation of all persons applying to the center, especially students and university employees, to help solve their problems and improve themselves;1.2. To help university students to develop in educational, professional and personal-social fields throughout their lives, to fight with the problems they encounter and to continue their lives with more satisfaction; To present preventive and developmental studies and experiences against various problems that may arise during the education period of students;
1.5. Helping the psycho-social and academic adaptation of university students;
1.6. To carry out training, research and applications in the center's fields of activity and to support the research conducted by pedagogues and psychologists in this field;
1.7. To contribute to the professional development of psychological service and consultation center employees; 1.8. To prepare books, brochures, bulletins and similar propaganda publications according to the objectives of the center.
2. Activities of the center:
2.1. Information: To inform students about the opportunities opened in the autonomous republic and the university and conduct psychological conversations with newly admitted students;2.2. Psycho-education: To improve students' personal, social and educational competences, safety, effective work, decision-making, anxiety and stress management, interpersonal communication skills improvement and group work on similar topics.
2.3. Monitoring and evaluation of consultations: to carry out monitoring and evaluation services to evaluate the effectiveness of the services offered in the center and to conduct consultation studies if necessary;
2.4. Psychological consultation: provision of individual and group counseling services to students by psychological counselors working in the center; 2.5. Preparation and implementation of a training program on peer counseling;
